When Houston SLS Director, Jim Bunch knew he needed to search for a place for his parents to live, he thought his many years in the health care industry would make it easy. He quickly realized that although it helped him a great deal to know what questions to ask, there was an ocean of information, both helpful and confusing, to go through, and knew that most families would need help to really make the right decision for their loved ones. Then he met SLS owner, Paul Markowitz, who has helped over 5000 families find the perfect senior living solution for their loved ones in the Dallas-metroplex area, and together they decided to grow the company in Houston, with Jim as Director.
Doing the research, reading online reviews and health department surveys can be overwhelming with so many choices in the area. All this leads to more confusion and frustration for the family members.
